First Realty was established in McAlester, Oklahoma by Robert Saunier and is one of the oldest and largest full service Real Estate Company in Southeastern Oklahoma. Development activities began in 1962 with the dedication of Redbud Acres and have continued for over 50 years under the ownership of The Saunier Family, currently headed by Randall S. Saunier as President and Cully Stevens as Vice President and Managing Broker. The company has developed two major subdivisions in McAlester, (Redbud Acres & Green Meadows), comprising over 550 homes. It has developed and operated three area Motels and a number of Commercial properties much of which the company owns and leases. Included among the properties owned are over 130 apartment units and several new subdivision plans for the future extending well beyond 2030. The subdivisions planed and under development are Rocky Ridge. It also plans additional Multi- Family projects in and around McAlester.
